English

Etymology

From normal and -phile.
Note: Purists will consider this a bad formation as it mixes a modern English or Latin root (normalis, “made according to a carpenter's square, to a ruler”) with a Greek one.

Noun

normophile (plural normophiles)

  1. (slang, very rare) A person who has mainstream or socially accepted sexual interests.
