Albanian[edit]

Etymology[edit]

Rhyming phrase. The second element is seemingly nonsensical, although compare Bulgarian ра́ка (ráka, casket with relics), of which it would represent a diminutive, and Macedonian рачка (račka, handle).

Noun[edit]

plaçkë e raçkë f

  1. goods and chattels, bag and baggage
    Synonym: plaçka e maçka
