  1. (third person, mythology) a fate (zanë or orë punishes, petrifies or paralyzes a person when they cause them disturbance
    shitoftë zana!May the fate kill you! (optative, curse)
  2. (regional) to strike, smite, hit, afflict, wound
  3. (regional, figurative) to injure, shoot to death
  4. (intransitive, figurative) to get enraged, mad
