  1. (intransitive) to cheat
  2. (with dative) to sneak (something/someone) somewhere, get somewhere by cheating
    Ég náði að svindla mér og vini mínum inn á ballið. Dyravörðurinn leit varla á fölsuðu skilríkin okkar.
    I managed to sneak myself and my friend into the ball. The doorman barely looked at our fake IDs.
