     Leaders of the Andalusian independence movement who were consulted maintain that the manifesto distills the patrimonialist feeling that Rojas-Marcos has always held toward the PA [Andalusian Party], a faction which he founded during the last years of the Franco regime as Political Compromise, later changed to Andalusian Socialist Alliance and in 1976 to Socialist Party of Andalusia.
