Pacoh[edit]
Etymology[edit]
tangứh (“to breathe”) + -N- (“nominalizer”). Diachronically, the surface form -r- is an allomorph of the instrumental infix inherited from Proto-Austroasiatic *-rn- with the lost of *n due to pre-nasal infixal position; however, synchronically, it has to be analysed as allomorph -r- of the infix -N-.
