- A kind of very thin, either hard or soft flatbread originating in Norrland. Traditionally the dough is unleavened and made from barley or oats.

Usage notes
[edit]Used to make a sandwich called a surströmmingsklämma when eating surströmming. Eaten more generally as a type of bread as well.
