  1. (sometimes capitalized) The science of the universe.
    • 1872, "Contemporary Literature: Theology and Philosophy," Westminster Review, vol. 98, p. 101:
      Mr. Andrews . . . also finds three primitive laws or fundamental principles of universology, which he calls Unism, Duism, and Trinism.
