whip out (third-person singular simple present whips out, present participle whipping out, simple past and past participle whipped out)

  1. (transitive) to pull something out with a sudden jerk.
    He suddenly whipped out his gun and pointed it at his doctor.
    I whipped out my wallet and laid a five-pound note on the bar.
  2. (transitive) to complete or make something in a quick fashion.
    You need the report by this afternoon? No problem! I will whip one out for you in 10 minutes.
