      ṯumma madda l-jawādu yadayhi, waḥarraka janāḥayhi, wastaʕadda lilwuqūfi, ʔamsaka “fārisu l-fawārisi” biyadi ṭ-ṭifli, waqad saḥarahu haḏā l-manẓaru l-badīʕu. wanaẓara l-fārisu waṣ-ṣabiyyu ʔilā l-jawādi madhūšayni … falam yadriyā — min kaṯrati d-dahšati — ʔafī yaqaẓatin humā ʔam fī manāmin?! hā huwa ḏā l-jawādu yataʔahhabu lilqiyāmi!
