  1. The 36th letter of Armenian alphabet, called քե (kʿe). Represents aspirated voiceless velar plosive: IPA(key): [kʰ]. Transliterated as kʿ (Hübschmann-Meillet-Benveniste) or k’ (ISO 9985).
  2. The numeral 9000 in Armenian numbering.

Usage notes[edit]

This was the last letter of the original Armenian alphabet, hence the phrase այբ ու քե (ayb u kʿe, alpha and omega).
