- shellfish omelette (originally brought to Thailand by Teochew immigrants, and made using oysters, but mussels are much more common these days)
Usage notes[edit]
- ออส่วน (ɔɔ-sùuan) typically has a more gooey texture, while หอยทอด (hɔ̌ɔi-tɔ̂ɔt) is usually drier and crispier.
