Of 大(おお)酒(ざけ) (ōzake, “large amount of alcohol”) + 飲(の)み (nomi, “drinking”). The final element is the 連(れん)用(よう)形(けい) (ren'yōkei, “stem or continuative form”) of the verb 飲(の)む (nomu, “drink”).
