些細な (sasai, “trivial”) + particle な (-na) + 事 (koto, “matter”), defined in this entry as triviality. It doesn't look idiomatic to me. It isn't included in the mainstream dictionaries. --Haplology (talk) 03:29, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
