Yeah, it seems to be standard format, at least on en.Wikt. @Ivan Štambuk, are senses 2 and 3 indeed adjectives rather than (proper?) nouns? If so, feel free to detag the entry. - -sche (discuss) 18:35, 27 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
