I'm not actually doubting this word's existence, but the FWOTD team has asked for a citation of this term. I'm not really very experienced or comfortable with citing terms, though, and this seemed like the best place to ask. So could someone else have a go please? - I've added one citation, but my Dutch isn't good enough to translate it, so please do that yourself. (When I say, "My Dutch isn't good enough", what that means is, "My knowledge of Dutch consists the ability to say Eet smakelijk! and Dank je wel!, and otherwise to mentally translate as much of it as possible into German.") —Angr 13:41, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
- I added a translation. Thank you for your help. There was one problem in your quote; the original document used a hyphen at the end of the line, and you assumed it was to join two word parts together, but it was actually a suspended hyphen that just happened to be at the end of the line. It's not really obvious unless you know how to read the language (and even when you do, it can force you to read back a bit). —CodeCat 15:54, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
