finery (countable and uncountable; plural fineries)

(obsolete) Fineness; beauty.
Ornament; decoration; especially, excessive decoration; showy clothes; jewels.
(ironworking) A charcoal hearth or furnace for the conversion of cast iron into wrought iron, or into iron suitable for puddling.
