- A kind of very thin, either hard or soft flatbread originating in Norrland. Traditionally the dough is unleavened and made from barley or oats.
- Flatbread more generally.
Usage notes[edit]
Used to make a sandwich called a surströmmingsklämma when eating surströmming. Eaten more generally as a type of bread as well.
