Latvian

Etymology

An old illative form of ārs (“exterior, outside”), found in 16th- and 17th-century (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Latvian sources. The locative form ārā (“outside”) has replaced it in contemporary (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Latvian.[1]
