Definite feminine of أَغْبَر (ʔaḡbar, dust-colored), used as a noun; literally "the dust-colored (place)". Compare دُنْيَا (dunyā, world), originally the feminine of أَدْنَى (ʔadnā, lower), literally "lower (place)".
