   • 7th century CE, Jamīʿ at-Tirmiḏiyy, section 37:

     بِئْسَ الْعَبْدُ عَبْدٌ سَهَا وَلَهَا وَنَسِيَ الْمَقَابِرَ وَٱلْبِلَى

     biʔsa l-ʕabdu ʕabdun sahā walahā wanasiya l-maqābira wal-bilā
