Etymology[edit]

Derived from Sanskrit अकलुषित (akaluṣita). Structurally, from Tatpuruṣa compound of অ- (o-) +‎ কলুষিত (kôluśitô), or, by Bengali prefixation of অ- (o-) +‎ কলুষিত (kôluśitô), or alternatively, by Bengali suffixation of অকলুষ (ôkôluś) +‎ -ইত (-itô).
