Borrowed from Arabic اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰه (al-ḥamdu lillāh). Doublet of আহমদ (ahomod), হামদ (hamd), হামিদ (hamid), মাহমূদ (mahomud), and মুহাম্মদ (muhammod).
