[edit]Borrowed from Pali sabbarasa or Sanskrit सर्वरस (sarvarasa, “all kinds of juices or fluids; various tastes”), from सर्व (sarva, “whole, every”) + रस (rasa, “juice”). See also เสาวรส (sǎo-wá-rót, “passionfruit”).
