      Naizō niku no ō-sama “Horumon” wa ushi no daichō no koto. Shimachō ya tetchan no mei demo shitashimaremasu. Toraji wa abura tsuki dake o shiyō shi, teineina shitashori to sendo kanri o tettei shite teikyō.
      The king of organ meats, “horumon” is the large intestine of cattle. You may also know it as shimachō or tetchan. At Toraji we add only oil, process minimally, and ensure freshness.
