Borrowed from German -ieren (ultimately from Latin -āre) + -овать (-ovatʹ) (or -ова́ть (-ovátʹ) in its final-stressed variant).

  • -ирова́ть: IPA(key): [ʲɪrɐˈvatʲ]

Suffix[edit]

Usage notes[edit]
