  1. (frequentative suffix) Added to a verb to express the frequent repetition of an action.

Usage notes

  • (frequentative suffix) It appears only in a few words. Sometimes an -i- linking vowel is used for easier pronunciation. Harmonic variants:
    -csál is added to back vowel words
    -csél is added to front vowel words
