Korean[edit]
Etymology[edit]
11호 차 (“11th car”) + 타다 (tada, “to ride”). The first part of the word is a reference to how the legs of a person looks like the number eleven. Appears to be somewhat well known among younger North Korean defectors from larger cities.
Pronunciation[edit]
- (SK Standard/Seoul) IPA(key): [ɕʰibiɾβo̞ t͡ɕʰa̠ tʰa̠da̠]
