I suppose the difficulty here is we almost need an RFV, which would be highly unusual for a category. Can't we just speedy delete them as empty categories? Mglovesfun (talk) 20:31, 30 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Let me provide some lemming rationale at least and give folks a week to notice and object. I think there are more that are not now empty but should be and some things called affixes that are really bases. DCDuring TALK 21:16, 30 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
