Erlkönig
German

From (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Danish ellerkonge (“king of the elves”), in which eller- was misinterpreted as (deprecated template usage) [etyl] German Low German Eller (“alder”), and which was thus translated into standard German as Erlkönig (Erle + König).
