Etymology[edit]

Compound of L(エル) (eru, first letter of English last) + J(ジェー)K(ケー) (jēkē, female high school student). It was widely used with F(エフ)J(ジェー)K(ケー) (efujēkē) and M(エム)J(ジェー)K(ケー) (emujēkē) after broadcasting of Bay Storm by Kazunari Ninomiya.
