@Saltmarsh: hello. I think it would be better to make πιγούνι (pigoúni) the lemma, and this form the alternative spelling. That's what el.wikt and {{R:DSMG}} do. el.wikt says this spelling is obsolete. --Barytonesis (talk) 09:17, 19 October 2017 (UTC)
- I don't remember my reasoning - if there was any. probably because Google books showed more "η" spelling (150k v 36k) and even Google books is the same (but only 4k v 3k). Since both Babiniotis & Kriara say for "πηγούνι" βλ. "πιγούνι" you're correct - consider it swapped! — Saltmarsh. 11:48, 19 October 2017 (UTC)
