@Wikitiki89: You respelled this word and жёсткость (žóstkostʹ) without the т, but /t/ is clearly audible in both files. Are they contrived? --Per utramque cavernam (talk) 19:47, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You know I don't know, because perhaps the "spelling pronunciation" with the /t/ has become common. I don't remember having ever the /t/ pronounced in conversation, but I've never consciously looked for it. Although it could just be a Moscow thing to drop the /t/. It's clearly not recent, because I find it mentioned in books from, e.g., 1904 and 1953, where it seems to be taken for granted that the /t/ is dropped. --WikiTiki89 20:14, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
