@Atitarev, Cinemantique, Wikitiki89, Wanjuscha The form пете́лька, with stress on the second syllable, is not found in ruwikt or Zaliznyak. Ivanova doesn't have this word but does have пе́тельный, and puts an exclamation point by it and underlines the stressed е, which indicates to me that she wants to call attention to this pronunciation as the correct one. This suggests me to that пете́лька is non-standard, so I've indicated it as such. Anatoli, if you disagree and want this as a main form, let me know. Benwing2 (talk) 03:03, 13 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

That's right. See the dictionary edited by Yeskova.--Cinemantique (talk) 08:55, 13 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Benwing2, Cinemantique, Wikitiki89: I agree пе́телька is standard but пете́лька is too common. It doesn't take long to confirm: youtu.be/4CNF8A7Uv3U?t=54 (Youtube is blocked, sorry) Петелька @0:54. --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 11:12, 13 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
