@Wikitiki89: I have two requests regarding this word. Firstly, could you resolve the rfe? Secondly, it appears that there is a second present participle sometimes used, גנבֿענדיק (ganvendik), but I can't add it to the conjugation table. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 23:34, 23 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

I'll add that to my list of things to add to the conjugation module. --WikiTiki89 15:33, 25 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
Thanks. I've got a whole pile of verbs with separable prefixes just waiting to be added. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 15:36, 25 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
As for etymology, if it came from the noun גנבֿ (ganev), I would have expected it to be גנבֿן (ganevn). If it came from the Hebrew verb גָּנַב (ganáv), the I would have expected it to be גנבֿען (ganven). Since the latter case is closer to reality, I would go with that option. --WikiTiki89 15:43, 25 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
