@Atitarev The form of this word seemed a bit un-Arabic to me... Bravmann's Studies in Semitic Philology says "It is generally assumed that this Arabic noun is a loanword from Aramaic." I wonder if the etymology should be reworded somehow, perhaps by adding "morphologically" or "synchronically" to the Arabic root in the etymology.
