@Suzukaze-c It alters the display of the letter ᡠ in the medial and final positions to its dotless orthographical variant. e.g. used finally: ᠵᡳᡠ᠋ (with U+180B) vs ᠵᡳᡠ (without), and medially: ᠵᡳᡠ᠋ᡴ (with) vs ᠵᡳᡠᡴ (without). Wyang (talk) 07:53, 19 January 2018 (UTC)

Thanks. The spelling that Pawmot added to jimbi (in the quote) is ᠵᡳᠣ (jio), which looks identical on my computer but has a different transliteration. Which one is right? —suzukaze (t・c) 19:06, 19 January 2018 (UTC)

@Suzukaze-c ᡠ (u) + U+180B → ᡠ᠋ (dotless u when medial and final, as in ᠵᡳᡠ᠋ (jiu)), which looks identical to ᠣ (o). Ghits point to jio as the imperative of jimbi, so it seems this title is using the wrong characters. @Pawmot Thoughts? Wyang (talk) 03:22, 20 January 2018 (UTC)
