Even if it can be verified as a term having Carrie Lam as its referent, how can we be sure it is used as a nickname or such, and not as the SOP “the Lam disease”, a pun metonymically used as an insult?  --Lambiam 12:34, 25 March 2021 (UTC)

淋病 (lam4 beng6, “gonorrhea”) refers to 林鄭／林郑 (lam4 zeng6, “[Carrie] Lam Cheng [Yuet-ngor]”), and can also be found in the forms of 淋病月娥 (literally “Gonorrhea Yuet-ngor”) and 淋病毒娥 (literally “Gonorrhea Poison-ngor”); that seems like a pun to me. —Suzukaze-c (talk) 06:58, 26 March 2021 (UTC)

@Lambiam Not sure about 淋病月娥 on a pie as qualifying as a good cite since it's not really durably archived (and we don't know if the article is durably archived), nor does it have 淋病 without 月娥.
