@Dingo1234555, Suzukaze-c Checking on Weblio, Kanji Jiten indeed has kichigai a kun-reading for 瘋. The Daijirin part has three kanji-okurigana terms:

• 季違い ("unfitting for season"?, not in sense of this character), and
• 気違い, 気狂い ("madness, insane person", this is the original sense)

It would seem it either does not need okurigana, きちがい-; or should be like this きちが-い? POKéTalker (talk) 23:10, 11 September 2017 (UTC)

In Chinese, 瘋／疯 (fēng) is an adjective. Extrapolating from my experience with adjectives, I would expect きちが-い (and not きち-がい, which oddly splits 違い). But, if きちがい can't be verified in the first place, it should probably be removed. —suzukaze (t・c) 04:39, 12 September 2017 (UTC)
