IMO 풍 probably is 碰, while ᄬᅮᆼ is indeed 逢. search for ㅍ initials; search for ㅸ initials; search for ㅹ initials. I haven't seriously personally analyzed the initials yet or read any literature on the Nogeoldae, but my impression is that the initials of the "first pronunciation" are nearly the same as modern Mandarin. —Suzukaze-c◇◇ 21:40, 25 August 2019 (UTC)
