@Justinrleung I think lei5 is also the dated (and claimed by some, “correct”) variant of leoi5 for the sense of “in; inside”. For example, Richard Ho regards lei5 as proper, and 《道漢字音》(1939) had: 「裡 lei5 內也。表也」 in addition to leoi5. Wyang (talk) 03:14, 18 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
