I saw this character variant (録) printed in a Chinese book published in Guangzhou in 1770, so I think this character variant can be Chinese as well as Japanese. 2605:A000:FEC4:7900:7C2B:1B9E:AFA9:FEF3 01:34, 14 November 2016 (UTC)
