@Dine2016: All the sources I know don't show 頭生 as a variant of 頭牲, so my answer to the first question is "no", unless you have found a source. For your second question, there is a word "頭牲仔", but haven't seen "頭生仔". --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 03:44, 22 January 2019 (UTC)

@Mar vin kaiser: Thanks. 臺灣客家語常用詞辭典 has 頭生 and 頭生仔, and 台語辭典(台日大辭典台語譯本)查詢 gives identical pronunciation of 頭生 to 頭牲 on Wiktionary. --Dine2016 (talk) 04:28, 22 January 2019 (UTC)
