I'm not sure what the definitions all mean. Sense #2 in particular ("Any of several aboriginal peoples of India and Sri Lanka thought to have spread in India before and after [Aryan] migration") seems unlikely, at least as a proper noun. I suspect that the entry needs to be split into three POS sections: ===Adjective===, ===Noun===, and ===Proper noun===. Some senses may be missing.
