It should not be re-entered without careful consideration.
"The Malay cultural and linguistic sphere of influence" etc. NISOP, like "the business world" or "the English-speaking world". Appears to have had a Wikipedia article once, which was deleted. Equinox ◑ 13:01, 7 October 2011 (UTC)

- Maybe it was created because of the Malay/Indonesian word (deprecated template usage) Nusantara (which has dodgy red links). Fugyoo 19:00, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
