@HansRompel Is this an alternative form/spelling or just an entry created in error? If the former, please use the template {{alternative form of}}, as on flitter-mouse for example. "Hard" redirects like these are very, very rarely used on Wiktionary (see Wiktionary:Redirections). Mnemosientje, this form was mentioned by Dijkhof Dikshonario, but is more a form of sloppy orthography. Also not mentioned in the Aruba wordlist. Aeropuerto is the word. Would prefer to delete airopuerto, but don't know how to do that. HansRompel (talk) 17:54, 16 January 2019 (UTC)

@HansRompel Admins can delete pages for you if you created them yourself: use the {{delete}} template on the page in that case, which categorizes it in Category:Candidates for speedy deletion. @HansRompel Thanks. I have a few questions/issues to bring up regarding those before I delete them, though. The main issue is that superseded spellings or nonstandard spellings are not necessarily always deleted on Wiktionary: see WT:CFI#Spellings for the policy page.

1. I can find Bélgika attested as a spelling on e.g. Papiamentu Wikipedia, but also here, which looks like a published source.
2. I can find Corsou in various places, it seems to be a now-superseded spelling;
3. Similarly, horcan seems to be still used sometimes;
4. Is kasnans a regular plural form? We keep those, but redirect them to the main entry: see for example squirrels.
5. (I deleted mariko; couldn't find it anywhere.)
6. Is Nazinan a regular plural form?
7. (I deleted populacion; couldn't find it anywhere.)
8. Ulanda seems like it may be a superseded or nonstandard spelling?

I suppose a couple of these boil down to the question of orthography: if there is a standard orthography now but there wasn't really one in the past or it has changed, that doesn't mean those past spellings should not be on Wiktionary. Such spellings, if attested, should be added with a clear indication on the entry that they are nonstandard, obsolete, archaic or otherwise superseded (e.g. œconomy). That's the main point I'm wondering about for Bélgika, Corsou, horcan and Ulanda. As for kasnans and Nazinan, I'm wondering what kind of forms they are. — Mnemosientje (t · c) 13:05, 18 January 2019 (UTC)
