@Metaknowledge aspirador and aspiradora are synonyms, at least according to the 3 dictionaries I checked. Aspiradora appears to be the more common term everywhere. See the ngrams. I can't much else about the difference, but it may be the case that certain types of vacuums belong to one gender. I'll add a qualifier to the synonyms to reflect their frequency.
