Oppose. "Autarchy", meaning dictatorship, is a different word with s different meaning from "autarky", meaning self-reliance and autonomy. Some writers have confused them because they are homophones. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 09:54, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed that autarchy and autarky are different words. And autarchy means self rule (not dictatorship), equivalent to Gharndi's swaraj, both according to its' Greek roots and historical usage by figures such as Robert LeFevre. 2601:410:81:C820:ECA5:6D1E:2ADC:C06C 21:20, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
