Should be at blow out of the water; we use "something['s]"/"someone['s]"/"one['s]" as a placeholder in entry titles which would be rendered nonsensical otherwise (such as blow someone's mind, which would otherwise be *blow 's mind or *blow mind), whereas blow out of the water doesn't require "something" or "someone" as a placeholder (similarly to, e.g., blow to kingdom come, which we likewise don't use a placeholder in the title of).
