- (modern Italianate Ecclesiastical) IPA(key): /kanɡ.ba.i.saˈnen.sis/, [käŋɡbäis̬äˈnɛnsis] and the comment: "The pronunciation seems dubious and unnecessary. How to know that "ch" is /kʰ/ rather than /tʂʰ/ or /tʃʰ/ here, that "ng" is /ng/ rather than /ŋ/? Why would the ai be in hiatus, rather than a diphthong as in Chinese "Changbai"?". - It looks like this is Taxonomic Latin. It is attested as such. The question is whether to have the header "Latin" or "Translingual". As the inflected forms appear unattested, I think they should be removed regardless. I would reheader it "Translingual" and pass it as such, but some people have argued for such things to be kept as Latin. - -sche (discuss) 02:44, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
